What are we doing during Covid 19?
During Covid-19 the world has to adjust quickly. After receiving the news from the Canadian government and Ontario Soccer that regular training had to be paused, we had to work with our players in a different way. In order to continue interaction with our athletes, we started a Quarantine Training program which consists of a live session three times a week with the duration of an hour and a half. The players do physical work and engage socially with their coaches and teammates.
Athletes are also given weekly technical and tactical homework to complete and submit through video.
The training sessions are split into groups depending on the players age group.
